All products offered for sale by Karmic Compounds ("Karmic Compounds," "we," "us," or "our") are sold strictly For Research Use Only (RUO) and are Not For Human Consumption. This page explains what that means and what you agree to by placing an order.

1. Intended Use

Products sold on this website are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, and other non-clinical research purposes conducted by qualified professionals, laboratories, or institutions. They are not intended for, and may not be used for: human consumption or ingestion; human or veterinary clinical use; diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition in humans or animals; use as a food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic ingredient.

2. Regulatory Status

These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any comparable state or foreign regulatory body for human or veterinary use. They are not classified as drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act or any analogous state law. Karmic Compounds is a research chemical supplier. Karmic Compounds is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the FD&C Act.

3. Buyer Certification

By placing an order, you certify and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory or research purposes, on your own behalf or on behalf of a qualified research institution, and not for personal, household, human, or veterinary use;
• You will handle, store, and dispose of all products in compliance with applicable laboratory safety standards and local, state, and federal law;
• You will not resell, repackage, or represent these products as approved drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food items;
• You assume full responsibility and all risk and liability arising from any use of the product that is inconsistent with this Disclaimer.

4. No Medical Advice

5. State-Specific Restrictions
