Orders ship within 1–2 business days after we confirm your payment (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle). We do not ship before payment is confirmed. You'll receive your Order ID on the confirmation page and by email — please reference it when you send payment and when you send proof of payment.
We currently ship to all 50 states and D.C. — there are no state-level shipping restrictions in place at this time.
This can change as state laws change. If you later need to restrict shipping to a specific state, add its code to RESTRICTED_STATES in assets/js/states.js and confirm the list with an attorney — checkout will automatically block orders to any state listed there.
At checkout you can choose Standard Shipping ($13.95 flat) or Express Shipping (2–3 business days, $30.00 flat). Local pickup is not offered. [Confirm/adjust these figures and your actual carrier before launch.]
Because these are research compounds intended for laboratory use, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or reconstituted products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe it was lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at orders@karmiccompounds.com with your Order ID and photos, and we will work with you on a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
